I was asked this week-end by Sarah about the Exercise 01, how to resolve the render of the pixels animation.
You all received from Xarene the After Effects file.
made a quick video tutorial in case some of you need to be remembered. You can also download again the After Effects file including everything you need.

Lost Generation

This video does not have fancy effects but it uses typography creatively and it is powerful. I was told that it was submitted in a contest by a 20 year old.  The contest was titled 'u@50'by AARP, and won second place. When they showed it everyone in the room was awestruck and broke out in spontaneous applause.

I just found this morning an online utility software to help counting the words in a text.

This doesn't have any typography, but I saw it a couple days ago and this is one of the most amazing videos I have ever seen.

Does anyone know how it was accomplished?

This site allows you to choose from a variety of different download options, including .AVI, .MOV, .MPEG4 and .MP3.

Also, if KeepVid lets you download the video too. you'd have to do some work to get the audio alone, but at least it's saved to your computer!

Next Tuesday, April 21 each student will show their exercise 02.
