Cindy Chi - Robomatics

A visual program that teaches kids simple math (addition, subtraction, multiplication) and rewards progress.

Practice Mode
Allows the player to practice addition, subtraction, and multiplication without being timed. User practices without pressure of the "Game Mode" and may quit at anytime.

Game Mode
The mode in which the player is timed for 5 minutes in a game to beat the clock. Every math category has 10 levels. If the player defeats a level, he/she earns a body part (and sometimes a bonus part!) in which is used later on in the "Robot Builder." If a player defeats a whole math category, he/she earns a certificate as well. The levels are as follows:

Robot Builder
This is where the player uses the body parts earned from the "Game Mode" to custom build a robot. The parts that can be changed are: head, body, arms, legs, eyes, mouth, and chest. Once a robot is finished to the player's liking, the player may choose to save the robot, which will then be stored in the "Rewards" section. The robots can also be printed out at any time after it has been saved.

Statistics
This is where the player's high scores are shown.

Rewards
For viewing purposes: This is where the player's saved robots are kept as well as certificates earned. The player may print any of these at any time through specified folders.
